City of Dreams

I was sitting on my computer and the idea of a city in the sky came to my mind so i got to work, i did not put a lot of time into but i think it turned out alright for the amount of time i spend on it

This is my Second Time using Photoshop so dont be to harsh, once i learn a bit more about photoshop i believe my pictures will turn out better but this is what i have for now.
